All right, it's true we could've punched into the giant online warehouse place and paid way less for a bag, but this was a special occasion so we splurged at Bergman Luggage. Glad we did! Walked into the store, was asked if we were looking for something in particular and oh we were. Needed to replace a carryon bag that had been around the world for six years and finally it bit the dust. We were shown a couple bags, but not just pointed to them. Oh no. At this price point you get the whole demonstration of zippers and compartments, tie downs and snug-ups, etc. etc. and so forth. What we liked about the demonstration was when I asked, "And what is that for?" or "What in the world would you keep in there?" we didn't get a vague shrug, but actual suggestions and ideas, quite specific to the needs of a traveler, especially a harried business traveler, who could use some shortcuts and help in packing and organizing, as well as staying organized. In the end we bought a more expensive bag than we'd envisioned, but if it lasts another 6 years (or more) it will be completely worth it. Happy with the purchase, very happy with the service.

Drove to Bellevue only to find a sign on the door that the store was not opening till 1PM. Really annoying. It was almost noon on a Thursday.
