Precision Team is great! I take vehicles there for work and they are efficient. They et me know to plan for upcoming maintenance. If vehicles need something to run better, they let me know if it necessary or can wait. That helps with budgeting. Luis is the guy I most often deal with and he does a great job! This place is horrible. They charged me for a radiator I didn't need. Then I had to take them to court & won & they refused to pay me. Poor customer service and most of the people who work there are very rude! Just like the owner, Karim Sarangi.

Had my oil change done here in Dec.2021 and it was the worst experience I've ever had here. The manager Luis, treated me like dirt, and tried to upsell me a repair that I didn't want or need, plus he yelled at me when I tried to explain the problem. The paperwork was filled out saying that every item was addressed and was fine, when I knew there was something wrong with my car, but either Luis or the tech lied about it. I will say one positive thing, and that's the ladies in the front office are very nice and efficient. But the manager Luis should be fired for the way he treats women.
