El Cajon Smog Test & Repair provides friendly, fast, cost efficient service. The owner is straight-forward and honest. I've had several repairs done, including brakes, oil change and tires. The service is stunningly fast. The repairs have been reliable and the price was reasonable (cheaper than several other local shops). I have found my new "car guy". Highly recommend.
