We got locked out going to 7 eleven and for an entirely hour NO ONE PICKED UP the after hour number so we sleeping in the Damp car!!!!! Unprofessional!

If I could give zero stars I would. Called the day before my reservation to let them know we are arriving late (after 10pm), they said it was fine no issue. On Saturday at ten I called to let them know it would be a few more hours. And a security guard answered. Said I couldn’t check in and I had no place to stay. Would not give me their name or anything. Hung up on me once. Basically I arrived in Charlotte at midnight with no place to stay and no help. I called the next day and the mailbox is full. It took me 3 days to actually reach a real person. Whatever you do DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Also check in is at 3pm but they close at 3….

This was truly a terrible experience. The room wasn't ready when we checked in. Not upset about that because we were early. Were told maintenance was working on the room. So we left property & went to eat. Came back later that evening to get to our room to see there was no television in the room at all. One of the lights by the bed didn't work and roaches were also Guest in the room. Couldn't reach anyone on the after hours phone. To top it off while checking out at 9 am this morning no one was at the front desk. Terribly disappointed at this hotel. Will never stay here again. Advise no one to stay here.

When checking in, we had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get someone to fix the television and put a battery in the fire alarm. Can not get in the building with the key card after everyone leaves for the day. No one is at the desk or accessible for anything after 11pm. They have 1 door that never locks to access the building during the night, when it should be locked. Had to get the key card scanned every day to get into our room, if not you could be locked out of your room. The 24 hour line is full with messages, which means they never check the voice-mail. Only 1 burner on the 2 burner stove was usable. Children running through the hallways. Spread on the bed was dirty. Curtains were so old, they were torn and the sun has turned them different colors. So much needs to be done to update this building.
