Positive: The room was decent but the food was horrible and a waste. The common areas could have been better cleaner. Negative: It would have been nice to know that the hotel accepted pets. I understand that some consider their pet as family but I have a severe allergy to dogs. The non refundable policy and lack of disclosure could be better. They also need new mattresses!

I have been staying here for a month. Their system doesn’t function properly. Everyday I have been being charged an extra 40 everyday plus the taxes and incidentals. When I asked the manager why was that he’ll say it’s booking or either my bank. Despite my better judgment I shook it off and took his word. Today I paid for my room and declined but I was indeed charged. I was told in order to check in I had to pay again. Highly upset I spoke with both MY BANK CHASE AND BOOKING AND BOTH PARTIES STATED THAT IT WAS THIS HOTEL. After dealing with the unprofessionalism from the management there still was no answer as to where my funds are going they just swearing it’s not them.

I had an excellent experience, Brooke greeted us and was so sweet and helpful, the kitchen staff were also incredible helpful and kind. The room was very big and clean, I traveled with my 3 kids and husband and we were very comfortable the only thing I wish they had was another dresser, and more hangers in the closet, and a broom or vacuum but that’s me being picky because I had so much stuff! But it was so great! Thank you for making our trip so great!

Wonderful Awesome hotel and service. Front desk attendants always courteous and welcoming. The rooms are exceptionally clean have a home feel. My husband and I love this hotel and will be back soon.
