Don’t come to this nail salon. I tried twice already and both times I got disappointed. The first time while this one lady was doing my nails she passed me off to this other guy nail tech because the woman getting her nails done by that guy was complaining about how he was doing. So why would I want to get my nails done by him instead of the original person doing my nails if he obviously didn’t know what he was doing. The second time a different guy who did my nails left bubbles in my nails and one of my nails only lasted a day before it broke. I wasn’t even done getting all the services I requested when the lady at the front desk requested that I pay first (as if I’m not going to pay at the end or something) I will never come here again. The service is trash and the people are rude. They are so unprofessional, and the only people who do well are the ladies who do pedicures.

The place is beautiful. But I will never return, respectfully. Me and my mom spent $200 for a “gel manicure” and pedicure. The pedicure price is reasonable with all the treatments like wax and stuff they do but we got the worst gel “manicures” ever. The polish was chunky and clumpy.. it looked like I did my own nails at home. Within a couple of days my nails and polish started chipping personally I think the nail techs are very unexperienced. The staff was sitting there fighting over who got the next client it was very unprofessional. I did not try any other products or services there but I don’t wish to anyways.

Worst experience EVER!! Beautiful nail salon, horrible service!! Waited over 2 hours with my feet soaking in water for a pedicure that was mediocre. Then they soaked my nails off. Had to wait an additional hour for SNS (total of 3 hrs) only to be told by the receptionist they did not know how much longer I had to wait. This is how I left because I could not wait any longer.

I give this a 5 for multiple reasons but the main reason is their professionalism! I got my toes done by almost everyone in here and EVERYONE did a great job they took their time . I didn’t have to make any corrections I love them . My nails I tried a few people hands down my favorite is Merry so far I gave her a assignment and she understood it !!! She even shocked herself . I love the treatment I get and will continue to go
