I used to love this place years ago but the last 3 times I have been my nails are all different sizes, they look thick and they are shaped downwards like a claw and it is not pretty at all. Colors are pretty but nail shapes look bad.

This was my 3rd visit to this place. First time I got my nails done, I was not too thrilled. Shaping was horrible. I went back for a pedicure, and again was not too thrilled. I have a condition that causes my skin to peel a lot, so I always request treatments that includes, scrubs and callus removal. Those services are usually on the higher end. So I had my feet done and by the time I got home, it only looked like I got my toes painted with dry peeling feet. I decided to give it one more try and chose the most expensive package, and my service was rushed. So I've decided never to go back. Too much money wasted. I give 3 stars because 2 people I know referred me to them and their nails and feet looked great, plus they are very nice. So, to sum it up, I'm just going to accept that maybe I'm just too much of a challenge for them, so I won't be going back, but I do recommend that you try them at least once and get your own experience.

The tech was taking a personal call the entire time while I was getting services. She never offered me anything. She never ask for my suggestions to make my visit pleasant. The reason why I keep saying she is because she never told me her name nor introduced herself.It was pathetic, but I never complained . I did make it known after I paid and tipped her. The service wasn't horrible, but could've been a little more respectful.

This has been my favorite salon I’ve found in Charlotte. I had a 2:30pm appointment on a Saturday and they took me right on time. Jim was very thorough and did a great job. It was the quietest salon with no loud TVs or conversations, so relaxing!
