i usually come here all the time for my nails and eyebrows but today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in ANY nail salon. Today i came for a eyebrow wax ($10. Service) and was waxed by the older aged lady. She waxed a chunk out of the middle of my eyebrow and acted as if i walked in like that … i explained to her that my eyebrows were full and I’ve been growing them out for 2 whole months just for her to say “just fill them in or something” like what ?! she had an attitude and was very rude to me after she took a whole chunk of hair out of my eyebrows . I’m pretty sure i would know if my eyebrows were missing a space before i came in …. Never coming here again . Oh yeah and then she lied about not knowing how to do a refund and walked away from me without even saying sorry once .

My nail tech Jennifer is the absolute BEST! Her level of expertise is impeccable. Jennifer takes the time needed to perfect her craft. My nails last 4 -5 weeks! If I can give her a slogan, it would be "Charlotte's BEST kept secret!"
