Second visit today. First was a fill in and Andy was great! I actually thought I finally found someplace I could go to on a regular basis. Unfortunately today was very different from my last visit even though I did make an appointment with Andy the service was not in keeping with the first visit. They do ask you if you were pleased with the way things were before you leave and I could tell there was a problem with me making mention of things that Andy did wrong while he was doing my nails so I wasn’t even gonna say anything. I have the right not to return. If I thought he was actually receptive to feedback or input I have no problem speaking to him directly. But unfortunately if you know him you know that’s not the case. He’s very hospitable but feels like he knows everything when it comes to nails. I’m just looking for someone that is consistent and professional and I don’t mind paying for the services. I paid $60 and left a minimal tip under the circumstances and I’m going home to reshape my own nails.

I got SNS w/ tips. I absolutely love it & think she did a good job especially with this being SNS. This cost me $50.00 Highly recommend making an appointment instead of walking in! I'll be back!
