Apparently, this establishment lacks integrity, trust and overall cleanliness. If you’ve ever received any services here you would know that they request that you sign in, which means they keep a record of who visits their establishment. I informed the manager that I had to grab my wallet from my car and had my child with me to pay for their services. Once informed of this, all pleasantries went out the window and I was informed to leave something before retrieving my wallet. What I find alarming about this is if they have had problems of people skipping out on the bill, which I guess is supposed to explain the managers rude behavior, why they have not utilized their database to punish them. It was her attitude, broad stroking and perhaps racial profiling of a now former patron, who was eager to cover her bill. Of course, no apology and I gladly paid my bill. Won’t be back though. I would recommend that they invest more of their time cleaning up their equipment, surfaces and overall customer service. I had time today.
