Just walk in and let them know that you have a groupon. They will take care of you
I'm a regular customer, & I can attest tht they're pretty lax abt answering the phone, but PLEASE be advised...they DO take walk ins...& offer MOSTLY good service (even if u have to prod thm a bit to be a bit more careful)!
They are still there. Services are good despite the phone issue. Little to no wait time too.
