I brought a pair of sunglasses that I did not buy at Target in to see if I could get them fixed. I was impressed with how posh the optical department looks. But Victor’s professionalism, sense of humor and kindness is what made this optical department totally top tier. He took my sunglasses, put a new screw in to reattach the arm to the frame, told me the second screw was loose and replaced that one as well, cleaned my sunglasses and handed them back to me with a big smile. I pulled out my credit and asked what I owed, only for Victor to tell me I owed nothing. Who says you never get anything for free? PS: The classic 80’s playlist made everything even better….which wasn’t easy as everything was already pretty spectacular!
