Most everything was great. happy with bed, bedding, smell, front desk reps, parking, elevator, etc. I did not use the breakfast, but did try the coffee downstairs on my way out. The regular coffee was not good, i could not drink this first cup. I am not a coffee snob but that item influenced my rating on 9 not a 10.

Nice hotel. No problems. Check-in and out was fast and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a limited amount of items. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Walking distance to the convention center. WIFI is not the best, very slow if it worked at all.

They have a security deposit deal that they charge you an amount to hold on your card that makes no sense. It's $20 a night but then round up to the next $10 mark if even over a $1. Breakfast was very basic and not much to write home about. And oh yeah, if you like sleeping on hard boards, then this is your place as the beds were hard as bricks.

Positive: Location. Hotel is located minutes from everything. Negative: The hotel was not as clean as I expected. You can smell that it¿s not fresh as soon as you hit the door.
