This place is the worst. Whether your running in or delivery. The waitress staff are hateful. Definitely do not need to be working with the public. Delivery orders are never ready. The waitresses act like it's such a big deal to bag the food. I have had to bag a to go order myself once. No one else was in the restaurant the waitress was sitting down doing nothing. And then didn't even have the complete order after she told me it was ready. If it's a lack of staff then close the dining room except to to go orders.

The wait time to sit down was ridiculous. I understand being short-staffed but they would tell everyone it would only be 10 to 15 minutes it was definitely a lot longer. They kept taking names down but by the time they got to the names the people had left. We also ordered them 30 minutes later they told us they were out of an item. The bacon was also burnt. Having said this the waitress Terri was sweet and polite. To sum it all about the service was slow from the beginning to getting the check and leaving and the food was mediocre.

went here for dinner with my husband & our son. the waitress was nice but got the drink order wrong & forgot to bring my husband his pancakes. I ordered the double blueberry pancakes & when they came, there was almost no blueberries in them. I just ended up taking them home because I was disappointed. over all it wasn't bad, but it definitely could be better.

I’m not sure what was going on today. I’d love to visit again when they are fully staffed. I simply wish they had been more transparent with their customers. There was probably 15 wait staff and 2 cooks. We waited forty minutes to be seated and were the “first” in line to be seated for about 30 minutes of our wait. When my husband went up they still told him another 45 minutes so we went ahead and left. Hopefully they get it together soon!
