Took my grandmother to pick up her favorite perfume and a lady named Honara was assisting another lady and stated she would be right with my grandmother to assist her. Another Caucasian lady walks up and she immediately assist her. So i found what my grandmother needed then addressed her and she stated she didn’t see us. When she clearly addressed us because their were only 2 people standing there. The lady is clearly a racist which represents the store.

Just "tried" to shop at our Belks in Hickory, NC. Terrible! The store is so messy, no help, clothes in piles and on the floor in dressing rooms, 2 clerks for the whole floor. I understand it is hard getting help, but do managers not step in when needed? Also our store is a DUMPING GROUND for all old, dated and out of season clothes that I am guessing didn't sell at other stores!!! Hardly anything really nice and pretty for summer! You have to fight to get thru racks and racks of "clothes" ......This store reminds me of a KMart! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Hickory deserves better!

Lots of sales and selection. The only thing is there's just not enough staff... like everywhere!! They have sidewalk sales sometimes here too and you can get clothes for nearly nothing. They have a good selection of kids clothing and home products as well!!

It’s chaos here during Christmas. They have the deals for sure. Seems to be managed well. Employees are very helpful. Lots to choose from. Good deals for quality items. Highly recommend this place for sure. We will be back.
