Filthy. It was awful. The floors hadn’t seen a vacuum in weeks. It smelled like wet dog which was not surprising considering we saw multiple dogs staying inside the hotel. There was trash beside the night stand, hair in the shower and bathroom floors, trash in the bathroom floor, and tried urine at the base of the toilet. We had two rooms and one of the rooms had a hole in the carpet where someone had placed a hot iron. The pool was disgusting. Murky water that you could tell had not been cleaned in awhile just more chlorine added. There were also two holes in ceiling in the pool area. Both jokes were covered with a couple strips of caution tape.

Good location, Kickback Jack right next to hotel was great. The hotel is in need of updates and repairs. Pool ceiling had hole cut all in it and masking tape covering 2 hole and peeling off above pool, looked terrible. The bathroom in pool area was so gross, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in more than a month. Dirty floors throughout hotel and breakfast area. Elevator went out of service and so did an ice maker. I'd stay elsewhere until they do some remodeling! Two other hotels in the same Court, maybe those are nicer/kept up better.

Same comments as many of the other more recent views. We are staying 2 nights to go to the zoo. I'm giving 2 stars because its a place to sleep and the guy at the front desk and any other staff we encountered were super nice. 3 bath towels in room (4 of us), no shampoo and only conditioner. I asked for more towels and shampoo and the front desk told me they have a major shortage of towels due to housekeeping and are currently having vendor issues. They were very apologetic and got me a few smaller towels. So I was able to use 2 of 3 bath towels and 2 small towels for the pool and keep 1 bath towel and the rest of smaller ones here for showering. Just didn't think this would be a problem. Also super dissapointed the hot tub jets don't work so its basically a bathtub. The room was just barely acceptable as far as cleanliness... I feel like everything is bare minimum. We were here 4 years ago and I gave it 4 stars... they even used to have complimentary fresh popcorn every night that made the whole downstairs smell SO good.

Friendly, helpful staff, but much lower cleanliness and maintenance than the usual (Myrtle Beach, etc.) Hampton/Hilton. The sheet (only one) on the pullout bed was full of crumbs and dirt, but they could only offer a different bottom sheet (again only a bottom sheet) and a rough, waffle type blanket as a replacement. The furniture overall was worn and had some damage, plus there was a ton of ice buildup in the fridge and a lamp that wouldn't turn on. The hallway doors looked beaten up as well, and the computers were down at checkout, so something must be going on to prevent maintenance throughout the hotel. The location is great for going to the zoo though!
