I called a week ago for a hotel block for my wedding, I was told I would receive a call back being as my wedding isn’t until next year. Never received call so followed back up this morning. Agent put me on hold for over 7 minutes and then disconnected call. Once I called back after being rudely hung up on the agent was dismissive we don’t offer blocks. Excuse me. What hotel doesn’t do blocks? And you could’ve told me that without having me on a unnecessary hold.

Checked in at almost 4am. Alexis was super awesome. Very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am. Do not disturb apparently has a different meaning here. Luckily, we were up getting ready to head down for breakfast. Very disappointing to find everything put away 45 minutes early. Long story short...night staff-awesome, room-clean, bed-comfy, breakfast-you better be early, housekeeping-gung ho.

Not a holiday inn. False advertising-comfort inn. Trash in halls and in bedroom. Ants in bathroom, broken tub, not clean. Blood on bedding. Pills left on table. Mold in fridge. Wet spot on floor. Flickering lights. TV not working. Overall, avoid at all costs.

Check in staff was great. Hotel was clean - room not so much. Lots of hair & dirt in bathroom. Chips on floor. We were not told there was no breakfast - one of the reasons we stay with IHG hotels exclusively. It would have been fine, had we not been traveling & we’re on a strict time schedule & if we were informed upon check-in. Not happy with this stay.
