While waiting on our food the Waitress went out back to smoke! The cheerwine is nasty and the other two inside refuse to help, had to ask for refills and she asked from across the bar "if everything's OK!!" The food was warm and it was good, but should have hot with only a few people there. The Waitress would not walk over to the table unless she really had to bring something. I'm giving 3 stars because of the food.

Haven't been here in years. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was super professional for a local restaurant. The food was great, and the waiters really know how to keep an eye on their guests! I'd recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great waffle!

This place is always busy, even late at night. I don't recommend going if people stress you out. The diner was a lot smaller than we expected, but it was busy for a reason. The food was delicious, employees were friendly, with a nice mom and pop atmosphere. I had a 1 biscuit and gravy with a side of hashbrowns, my partner had a waffle with one egg and sausage patties. The order total came out to only $16, so cheap! As this place is called the golden waffle, I was expecting belgian waffles, but these were still delicious. Good amount of variety with strawberry, pecan, even peach waffles.

Great place. Food was good, served quickly and the service was great. We went during dinner rush and like I said, everything was great. Prices are fair. Portions are just right. We had cheese omlet,hash browns and bacon and a chicken tender garden salad. Very pleasant. Would recommend.
