The service was spot on. The ladies greet you right away and took our order immediately. The food however needs work. I had a new York strip with a Caesar salad and buttered corn....my salad had a lot of brown lettuce in it, my steak was lacking flavor and was very tough and my corn tasted like it was cooked in a pan that had burnt. The meal was edible and was at a good price point, but just needs a little more attention.

We really enjoyed our food and service. Kaylee was our server, she was very nice and paid extra attention to my kids. She kept our drinks full and asked us frequently if we needed anything.

Traveling for spring break we went to the zoo today and we wanted a sit down family restaurant(so no fast food) perfect place to visit. Service was fantastic. Our waitress, Sandy was fun and efficient. Would eat here again if we ever come this way again. For reference we were a party of 9 ranging in ages from 16-73.

I am pleased to say I highly recommend Coaches. Today for lunch Tonya was our waitress and she was very polite and helpful. Topped off our drinks, brought condiments and offered anything we needed. She was a wonderful waitress with perfect timing to ensure we didn’t need anything! Probably the best waitress we have ever had at Coaches. I understand that everyone is short staffed these days but it has been a long time since I had such a great overall experience. Also, Mary, the cook came out to give me extra wings as she said she only gave me 7 instead of 8 in my wing basket. I would have never even noticed the wing count but she said she wanted to make sure my order was right. That shows going above and beyond to me to make sure the customer was happy. It’s the little things that truly make me want to return to a restaurant and these two ladies made a great mark on me!
