We love this place!! The wonderful ladies (Allison, Leslie and Abby) of the office are AMAZING!! Always so warm and welcoming to us and our spoiled pup...we have felt at home here from Day 1!! The maintenance crew are fantastic...very prompt and friendly! The apartment is spacious and well-maintained...very safe neighborhood. The location can't be beat...5 minutes to literally EVERYTHING! We are so glad that we chose this complex!!

I’ve asked them multiple times(4x) to address noisy neighbors; and they’ve done less than nothing. The walls are so thin I can hear what my neighbors are watching on tv. Kids running back and forth all day. I walk outside to get some quiet AND they’re dropping cigarettes on my porch and playing music. If you plan to live here; be sure to invest in some noise canceling headphones, because management doesn’t exist.

It's been a couple years now that we've lived at the Village of Ballantyne. As a single mother, I've strived on providing a safe and welcoming environment for my son. A huge Kudos and Thank you to the Ballantyne Team for always being so awesome and accommodating in all their efforts in doing the same for Us. #Safe&Welcoming. The office staff is always friendly ( Love me some Leslie), the maintenance guys are professional and always on top of any requests ( Love me some Bill). These guys truly care about going above and beyond and shows in all they do to make you feel more than just a tenant but like Family. Hence we've continued to make life here "Home" over the years.

No place is perfect but Village of Ballantyne tries hard to be. There is so much that you can do about people who don't know how to be neighbors. Most people here do clean up behind themselves but here are those who could care less about picking up after their pets or picking up the trash that they waste or drop. There is no way to keep up with that. Some people just don't care. However, when something needs to be fixed, they are on it. This is a wonderful maintenance team. The ladies in the office are up beat and helpful. You can take your complaints to them and they will do what they can to help. As far as I know, the cars that were broken into were not locked! My neighbor shared with me that theirs was not locked. As far as apartment living goes, the things that need to be changed, can only be done if the owners realize that the bottom line is not the only thing to be considered.
