I waited 3 hours and was prescribed nothing lve battling sinus problems for nearly a week. I have many health problems. That's the reason I went in the first place. I'm never going back there. Sticking with my regular Dr or the hospital. I will have to say they sweet lady at the front desk five stars her her. But I stand front and center behind the rest of my experience. Horrid. Supposed to help folk not turn then away with nothing.

I'm sorry ... I know she was the only 1 there, doing the best she could. But I was told there was a 2 hr wait. Ended up being almost 5. I was about to starve ! They should at least have a vending machine! And/ or a drink machine. Or send someone out with a snack basket or something if we going to have to wait all day. I know, urgent cares are always busy. And with 1 Dr, there's going to be a wait. But nobody kept us updated. Somebody should at least come out every little bit and inform the lobby patients of a new estimated wait time. Half of them would have probably left. The thing that made me the maddest was we were next. Someone came in , she told him there's 2 ahead of you, he said ok and they immediately called him back not one minute after he sat down

I took my 19 year old son here today and could not have been more pleased. Torie checked us in and was one of the friendliest people who I have ever had check me in at a doctor. Melinda, our nurse, was also very personable and great to work with. Our PA, D. Salter was also excellent!

Went there Tuesday evening to have my leg/knee checked out for a possible fracture. They were very busy but handled everything with courtesy and professionalism. Every one from registration (the young man who handled that was excellent!) to check out was thorough and friendly. Good experience! Thankfully no fractures. I definitely 👍 would recommend them.
