Customer service discriminates!! They judge people by looks and pick and choose what they can take back without a receipt and what is deemed a "common stolen item" or whatever she called it! I thought it was absolutely insane and really judgemental and I do not believe that is was the cooperation Walmart stands for. They need more training on the TRUE meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE! The customer service manager actually told me I could take back little girls swim suits, but NOT adult female swim suits even with the tags and the sticker in the bottoms that CLEARLY shows they have never been wore?! I just do not get it, someone please help me understand the difference? I can wear a girls 16/18 or a women's medium?! I can take one back but not the other?? Sorry to rant but seriously 🧐🤨🤔 NOT TO MENTION when I questioned the policy she pretty much told me we can pick and choose what we take back and what we don't!!! AIN'T NO WAY THIS CAN BE TRUE and if it is then screw Wally World.

Honestly I was followed around by an employee who I was assuming took me as a shoplifter but was really consistent on staying at my heel a little too close.... But I still give 5 stars because of the great deals and it having just about everything and being super convenient.

Prices are good but it's absolutely chaotic to go in there.. so glad that they have pick up people will come out and bring you what you order.. I used their gas cuz it's real cheap I put their gas station but I don't go in there because it is like wall to wall people you can't never find anything on the shelves I would rather just order it and be done with it!!

Only go to Wal-Mart when there is literally no other options available. The store is filthy. People are rude - both employees and customers. Product quality is consistently substandard. The only reason I go there at all is because my mother's Part D benefits are tied to Wal-Mart, and she can't afford to pay more out of pocket than is absolutely necessary. It should be noted too that while they undercut their competition when they first came into the area, they now charge more than their now out of business competitors ever were. They are a terrible company with substandard product. A terrible employer that make their employees lives miserable. Nothing about them or their business model is anything that any decent business minded person or entity should want anywhere near themselves or their business dealings unless they enjoy courting failure.
