The people at the leasing office are rude. Denied my very important package and had it returned to the sender because my name was not on the lease of my boyfriend’s apartment. They want my name to be on the lease even though I don’t live here. Don’t know why they care so much about that. Avoid this place due to the management

We had issues with missing packages so the office restricted access to the package room. This was very frustrating at first, but it stays organized and we don’t have the issues anymore so it turned out to be a good thing.

Lived here for a year and then renewed for another year. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly, and they almost always go out of their way to ensure their residents are happy. I have had no issues throughout my time here and would highly recommend it to anybody looking to have a modern looking apartment at a decent price with nice staff. Special thank you to Kareena and Trea for being so great and going the extra mile for their residents!

If I had a chance to give zero I would. Please do not even attempt to take a tour if you are looking for a safe place. Recently, someone broke into my car IN THE GARAGE(they have no security) and stole my valuable and sentimental items. How come a thief can enter a so called a ‘’’secured’’ garage. They used to have security car waiting by the garage and it is No longer there to secure the building. (This was one of the main reasons for us to choose this building) We reached out to the management to terminate our lease due to SECURITY and SAFETY reasons and even gave them a one month notice. The only answer we got was we needed to pay until the end of our lease agreement. If a tenant has safety concerns, it should be taken VERY VERY seriously. If you have a family and loved ones think twice before you move into this building. The answer they will provide below this review will probably indicate the precautions they take to ensure a safety environment… but trust me they DO NOT.
