Atrocious!!! It needs to be shut down. Floors are sticky. The smell that hits you as soon as you open the door, leaves a lot to be desired. Staff member was nice

This is one of the most trashy places of food 🙄 they work with their feet! And doesn't care one bit how they serve FOOD! THEY ARE SO NASTY, I'm a latina and I had worked in different fast food in my life I understand the pressure in this facilities with terrible approach by costumers, don't be nasty to the next costumer because you have a bad day do right by people this is food yall!! not because is Burger King this place is awful but is their employee and their poorly work ethic! I had been getting service from this place quite some time about 4 years I'm a neighbor of this place and I had multiple times feel forced to actually get food in here for X reasons beyond me, I literally work about 5 to 8 minutes away from them and I live at 3 minutes way from them, I don't have a car so I order uber eats most of the time which made this way more pricey!!! They literally don't care about freshness in your food! They doesn't care about presentation , they doesn't care about getting your edits right, they sell you old and incomplete food, bread is old, burgers are falling apart no cheese melted (cold food) bread is hard and dry (OLD) AND the OIL IS CHANGED VERY LIGHTLY from their machines because their fry items like French fries are gross and always make my stomach upset for few days! I had go inside and is kept very dirty their costumer service is very bad, is sad the young people conduct themselves like this in there first jobs experience so poorly and feel the right to do this because they hate their job!!! I'm very frustrated of how constantly they do this poorly service, I had try at different time of the day and weeks and is practically always this bad. I had to give one 💫 to be able to leave a review 😪 I hate when people do their job like this because they hate it.. to me food is something very important is the only thing to keep you well throughout your day! They will make you sick just because they Hate their jobs!

Every order is wrong. If the food was better, it wouldn't matter as much. A baconless Bacon 🥓 Cheeseburger 🍔 is unacceptable. This is in response to my LAST BK experience ever. Delivery was fine. Preparation was insufficient. App Uninstalled.
