Once again I remind myself why I should support Chick Fil A only. McDonald’s personnel at take out windows aren’t polite and don’t even say “thank you”. In fact, they said nothing to me - just took my money and gave me my food. Food was poorly put together. If this location goes belly up no one should care. Poor mgmt that allows this.

Got french fry s, they were nasty so I went back in drive thru and asked for new ones, they said go to next window, I did, they gave me the Fry's, I drove off, it was the same Fry's, I went through drive thru again, I told them I want new ones, they took them then came back and gave me the same ones. I was like to hell with this. This McDonald's is just nasty. The day before I got Fry's, I said no they are mushy, the woman at the window said do you want me to put them through the fryer again, I was like what. I just drove off. For some reason they have gotten lazy and there food is gross.

Awful service. This morning my fiancé and I ordered a simple order at the screen inside, it then took over 25 minutes for them to get our food ready but then half the order was missing. It took another 10 minutes to get the missing items. Other people were waiting to order at the counter for a long time as well.

Very rude staff in the morning. They don’t care about your food just being slapped on to the bread. It’s a morning routine for my grandmother to get her breakfast here and it’s inconsiderate you spend money to just have ppl just give you sloppy sandwiches and not care and just hand you this right after having attitude .
