Walked in at 1:45 pm and a masked worker who was cleaning up started mumbling something I couldn’t understand. Tons of bagels left…she then pulled down her mask and said no more bagels. I said seriously? Then she said that she had asked me what I wanted and I hadn’t answered. I just left…ridiculous service.

I ordered 2 large Iced Caramel Macchiato coffees at $5.99 a piece. The worker gave us 2 hot coffees instead of iced, so I asked to have them re-made. She then filled up 2 cups with ice, dumped the steaming hot coffee on top, and gave us the “new” coffee. The coffee was still hot and now watered down because of the melted ice that was just added. Considering how expensive these drinks were, the laziness is unacceptable.

Very friendly staff, quick service. The restaurant is very clean. Got the lox bagel which was very delicious, generous portion of lox. Bagel was fresh and tasty. Recommend this location. Just a heads up if you're placing to eat at this location their dining room is closed.

I would give 5 star for the bagel, the main reason i am giving 2 star 1. Most of the bagel run out quickly , almost every day of the week. I understand that the bagels are good, but when you notice a pattern you should do something to fix it 2. Long wait time during weekends. Most staff here dont follow a proper order, i have had to wait upwards of 45 minutes . 3. Cream Cheese/ Schmear on the bagel (that you pay for) has been significantly cut , you hardly see it . Most of the time we just buy an additional box of schmear
