Terrible customer service, the worst service I’ve ever had, I noticed the difference of treatment given to other patrons then me. Also, I waited 20 mins for my guest to arrive, the servers took forever to acknowledge me, and didn’t bring complimentary garlic bread until after our appetizers had arrived. I later found out our server name was Chris, no formal introduction he had no knowledge of the menu, I asked for suggestions unenthusiastic/ nonchalant responses. A server took my Prosecco bottle off the table and it wasn’t empty, without asking. Despite the unpleasant experience, no one followed up with us about our food, my guest didn’t like his shrimp scampi he said it taste sour, one positive my food was good. Which is only reason why I gave this place 2-stars, wish we never paid to eat here the environment is very unwelcoming it’s almost traumatizing. I hope this isn’t the customer service values at Gregorio Trattoria. I would’ve preferred to eat at a restaurant with one review and the service is stellar than here. I won’t return and DO NOT recommend this location.

Pizza is super good but the online ordering tracking system isn’t great. They give quoted times for how long it’ll take and it is not updated by the time I come at the promised pickup time. The pizza, by the time I picked it up, was actually cold and clearly out of the oven 15-20 minutes before I arrived. So I reheated the slices at home with a toaster oven and it tasted fantastic. If the tracking system was more accurate to reflect completion, and I’m able to come pick up a warmer pizza as soon as it’s done rather than after it sits for 20 minutes, it’d be five stars.

What's good? The Ravioli Do Gregorio and Pollo Donaldo were very delicious! Worth the visit. Unfortunately, the Chicken Parmegiana was overcooked and tough.

Had a terrific meal here this past weekend. Service was super quick for 8pm on a holiday weekend and the food was beyond delicious. I ordered the Rigatoni al Capone and it was hands down a top 5 pasta dish in my book, and I don't even usually like pasta! The portions also were huge and all 4 of us took a large remainder of it home, making the $22 entree well worth it. Definitely will be coming back here and hopefully it will be a staple of the area. This gregorio's by far is better than the one in Potomac, MD.
