We used to love this theater…but I cannot believe we just spent over $100 for our family of four to go see a show amongst the filth that has accumulated here over months and years of neglect. The customer service was terrible, the snack bar was out of EVERYTHING (as was the bar), and every surface is filthy. Floors are sticky and dirty, the escalator is disgusting, and you will have zero confidence that the chairs in the theater have been cleaned in the last year. There are so many other theater options around our area, and we will be frequenting them going forward.

I struggled with writing this b/c I think so many industries are having a rough time. But our visit (and only one) to this AMC theater left a lot to be desired. All of the floors (from entrance to auditorium) were sticky; the seats destroyed (got too dark to take pic), garbage overflowing, everywhere! And very little a/c, it was weird. The employees we interacted with at Concessions were kind and helpful.

This movie theater had lovely seats and a spacious area for people to walk by as the movie was playing. However, I am only going to give one star. It was difficult to enjoy the movie playing as it was just too hot! It felt like there was no source of air conditioning! It felt especially hot when I watched here since it is summer! I’m not one to complain and write about a movie theater but if you’re sitting in that chair for almost 3 hours like I was, you would feel nothing but sweat dripping from your head. If you plan on watching a movie here, watch it on a cold day or whenever they start to have air conditioning! I would also like to point out that the theater was FILTHY. There were so much popcorn under my seat (probably from the previous movie goers) that I would step on it when I would take a step down from the chair.

What a dump. Windows so dirty you cant see in. Bar closed on a friday at 6pm. No bottled water. Most candy out of stock. Trash cans overflowing. Floors filthy. Upstairs bathroom broken and thats where the big theater is located. Theater itself full of trash, and the dimming lights are short circuited and flash. This location should be closed. Never going back. Sad, this place used to be a jewel.
