My family (4 young kids) and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location was across from a Chick fil-A and was low traffic and felt very safe. The rooms were clean and well kept. Our room had a pullout couch which was great for the kids. I liked that the rooms were clean and very spacious. The lobby and staff that took care of the front desk were kind and prompt with anything we asked for. The lobby was also very clean and well tended. We went to the pool during our stay and though it is fairly small, the kids still loved it. The best part though was the breakfast in the morning. Each morning we were greeted with a smile by Rohina. She made sure my family and I had everything we needed for breakfast. Breakfast changed each day and each day we really enjoyed what they offered. Quiche, egg sandwich, bagels, fruit, etc. I would definitely stay here again if I visited DC. We drove 30 minutes from DC to this hotel because we came during the Cherry Festival, but I'd do the drive again because I liked the area and the upkeep of this hotel so much!

We were in town for a wedding at DC Prime. We had several rooms at the establishment. My cousin was inquiring about the status of our early check in request. The associate Layla proceeded to accuse my cousin of being drunk, which he wasn't. It left us so perturbed. When Lynn stepped in to check us in, Layla then tried to apologize for her actions to us, the wives. She never apologized to the person whom she offended with her assumption. I tried not to feel like it was racially motivated, but that's how it felt. I've been a Marriott member for years and I've stayed at several different locations throughout the US. I will never stay at this location again. She was a bad representative on that day for the brand.

Room had 1 1/2 baths. Weekday night manager was very helpful to our requests. Rooms modern & in good shape. Checked out before breakfast. No complaints.

Where to begin? Bugs in the room, dingy smell, water stained ceiling, in room couch was gross, the trundle bed was covered in urine stains, breakfast was horrible, pool was subpar at best. Asked for late checkout and the night manager apparently didn’t note it properly. Housekeeping banged on our door, twice. The second time, she knocked WHILE using her keycard to get in. I hate that I used points to stay at this hotel.
