I would not have dreamt up a better first experience when trying to move to an apartment. Saddle Ridge has the best management team hands down. Richard, their property manager has been the most helpful, kindest human being. He has answered my endless questions, endless phone calls, and truly been the greatest throughout this process. As it is our first time going through this process, I felt uneasy, but rest assured he went above and beyond to make this move happen for us. They have such an amazing team; the assistant property manager, Yuli, was also helpful and sweet. They’re knowledgeable and so kind and accommodating. I will definitely update once we settle into the community, but I’m 100% sure we’ll absolutely love it because of how amazing management is. I am more than sure we will have an amazing smooth experience with the best management. I would 100/10 recommend Saddle Ridge in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a great place with extraordinary management.

I have had such a great experience with the entire Saddle Ridge community. The property manager, Richard has been so helpful in answering any questions I’ve had and clarifying anything I’ve needed. In addition, Choul and the maintenance team have been quick to answer any maintenance requests.

I never write reviews but we’re so grateful for the staff at Saddle Ridge that it warrants letting people know to recognize it. Didn't realize my review is a bit long but TLDR: Apartment and the amenities are nice. Pet friendly. Location is great. Staff is amazing. 10/10 would recommend. My girlfriend and I needed a place urgently and Saddle Ridge popped up as one of the options. We applied remotely and Yulei Sanchez, one of the managers, was very helpful and responsive that it made the process easy. We didn’t get a chance or time to tour the apartment beforehand and honestly, we took the place blind mostly because of how helpful Yulei was. About the apartment itself – so far, it’s been good. The apartment suited what we need. Rooms are spacious. There was some rust in the bathroom sinks but we were told that they will be taken care of soon. We liked how temperature control is installed – they have Nest which makes it easy for us to manage the temp remotely via an app and it knows when we leave the house so it regulates the temp to save energy that way – we thought that was neat. We love the location and how close it is to everything (groceries, restaurants, etc). Parking is plenty– so far we didn’t have an issue in finding parking. Amenities are nice too, been using the gym and the pool. Downsides – not so many for us. We like the idea of the trash valet, you don’t need ever to go to a dumpster. However, we’re not a fan of how the trash valet process is to have trash left outside your door, this results into having hallways with trashbags until the valet gets a chance to collect them. I know there’s a policy on when you should leave the garbage out, but implementing that seems unfeasible, we could live with it but I figured I mention it. Another possible downside – I know that being in an apartment building, residents are bound to hear some sort of reasonable living noise (rustling, footsteps, voices, etc). This is acceptable to us. However, either our neighbor is highly sensitive, or the floors’ noise insulation are so bad that our neighbor felt to complain about us on our first night when we literally just moved in and we’re not making unreasonable noises. Either way, we don’t have a problem with it but just a heads up in case you are sensitive to noise. Overall, we like Saddle Ridge for the staff, the location and the apartment is nice. I know I mentioned the staff a lot and I guess, I’ve been unlucky with previous apartments, that experiencing apartment staff who cares is a breath of fresh air. An example – I left my car lights overnight and my batteries died, not knowing any of our neighbors yet I came to Yulei for help if she could assist for a jump and she agreed. She ended not having to do it since I found someone else to help but just her agreeing to help really left a great impression. I would recommend Saddle Ridge to any of my friends.
