WOW! I was in tears when I contacted Eduardo about my Mac. The Apple store wanted to "restore" my computer which would have deleted the last 7 years of pictures and videos-NO! Dropped off my computer on a Friday and Eduardo delivered it in perfect condition on Monday. Upped the memory based on his recommendation and it is running better and faster than when I first bought it. Cant say thank you enough for the great work ad saving my precious memories. PC Mango is a fantastic company to do business with. The owner, Eduardo is super friendly, professional and really knows how to maintain good business relationships and keep our computers humming along. He responds quickly to issues and offers plans that takes the stress away from owning multiple computers where if one goes down it really affects our particular business. I have him on speed dial and not once has he not been able to respond within 24 hours, it is most likely within 6 hours. When our computer suddenly crashed, Eduardo was our lifesaver! He took my call on a holiday weekend and began working on our computer promptly. He quickly found the problems and was able to save data we thought was lost. We felt that we needed a new computer and he helped us with that process plus set all our programs up for us, a very time-consuming thing to do and I doubt if he charged us for all of the hours he spent on our behalf. He has excellent communication, and an amazing work ethic, going the extra mile for sure! I would recommend him to anyone, anytime.
