I walk into your store extremely upset with the att call center customer service I had just spent 30 minutes talking to. I was upset enough to find another service provider. The young lady in your store named Andei asked me what the problem was and with in 2 minutes had it fixed. Not only did she fix the problem she had me laughing and restored my faith in what good customer service can be. If I was att I would clone her and give her a raise. Andei thank you so much for your skilled service.

DO NOT go here when switching service. The worker Alonso told me and my fiancé that if we switch our numbers over from Verizon we would get a 550 dollar credit. that it would cover our phone bills, then I went back in there a different day and added on a line with my old phone that was paid off already and one of the ladies told us it would only be 15 dollars a month. Months after we noticed that we were not getting our credit AND on top of that I noticed for three months for the extra line I added that was supposed to be 15 dollars was a total of 390 dollars on top of the other two lines we had to pay. After going back in there to talk to them about how they gave us the wrong info and that we needed a refund. Alonso told my fiancé he never said that we would get a credit of 550 dollars when he told both of us twice that we would. this store is just trying to make their commission so they tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to buy a phone. Even customer service says don’t go to a retail store if you can go to a corporate store then do that not franchise because then we get customers calling us to try and fix it when the retail store just wants to hit their sales to make commission. and on top of that they are rude and unprofessional and basically call their customers a liar. AVOID THIS STORE! I’m sure theirs other people they are scamming as well.
