Absolutely terrible experience here. They messed up my glasses and then when I went back, he completely denied that he ever saw me even though I showed them that I had a note signed from him about it. He completely brushed me aside and says I'm exaggerating. I went back to my old optometrist and they said the lenses have too low optical center and need to be fixed. Then I went back again to ask them to fix it, and he just says I can push my glasses up instead of fixing the low optical center. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Once they get their money, they don't care AT ALL. No responsibility.

Absolutely great experience! I read somewhere that this is a family-owned business and I am very happy to support them. From the initial phone call to book my appointment and handle insurance authorization, I knew the service would be top notch. The office staff were pleasant and courteous. Dr. Kim was thorough, meticulous, and patient. I had both a contacts lens and eyeglasses exam and purchased new lenses. They also straightened/aligned a pair of glasses for me. Everything will ship to my house and they gave me a rebate to submit when I receive my order. Thank you again for the service!

My insurance sent me here and Im really pleased they did. The service here is thoughtful and attentive. I could not have felt more welcome even though I wasnt making a purchase. On the day my glasses were ready they texted me to ask if I was picking up as they might close early because of the snow storm. Now that's a personal touch. I think they have a great selection of frames and would definitely recommend European Optical.
