The room was SPOTLESS, very neat, lovely decorations, and very spacious. However, I do have an issue with the woman who works here as another lady who stayed beside us was recording us without our consent and tried to get us kicked out with no just cause. With false accusations used to try and get us booted (I suspect profiling racially because we're an interracial couple). Aside from, this establishment is run very well, it's very organized, very routine. The kitchenette was amazing and came with everything we needed for our groceries! I enjoyed staying here, but I'm not a huge fan of the lady whom works here because it seems as though she already assumed that me and my partner were bad people...

I currently don't know how I feel about this place. I am thankful that this place was available and I was able to get out of stressful living situation but I've been having disappointments since day one. I moved in a noticed some maintenance issues, mainly one of the eyes on the stove not working. I notified the manager by email but did not get a reply. I received an email the next day saying "please don't burn anything on the coffee table" which I hadn't, but that tells me you were in my space. I state I would like to be notified that anyone would be stopping by. She sent me emails the two times she or someone else allegedly would be coming by but almost a week later, the stove still wasn't fixed. I come in after a shift and notice slight differences in the apartment telling me someone has been in. I notice the eye of the stove is working so that tells me maintenance came by, but I also notice the toilet seat is up, black fingerprints on the fridge door, and some of my mandarin oranges are gone. So you're telling me that maintenance has used my bathroom and eaten my food?! I was so upset, I checked my bed to see if it had been slept in. I emailed the manager and am waiting for a response. Outside of that, the place is relatively quiet except for the semis and train that come thru all the time. The neighbors are also relatively quiet. My only current real complaint is with maintenance.

I could not have been more pleased with my stay. When they say they put cleanliness as a high priority, they mean it. Everything was immaculate. Coming back at the end of the day to the space and the kitchen facilities was so much nicer than returning to a small hotel room AND more affordable. Management was very responsive to my questions prior to my stay and the quiet side street created a pleasant atmosphere as well. FYI there is a coffee maker in the suite that takes the flat bottom filters which are not supplied. BUT, they do provide a filter pack for your first morning's pot of coffee, giving you time to get your own if needed. I highly recommend this location in particular and Affordable Corporate Suites in general.

What an enjoyable place to stay. Super clean, soft bed linens, quiet. So nice to find such a nice place with affordability. The lady who checked us in was super nice. Expedia didn't inform us that this is a cashless establishment. She was extremely helpful in this situation. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Roanoke. We highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!!!
