There are some interesting items here but the employees are super cold and unfriendly! Even to a paying customer… not someone whose just browsing. It’s not that hard to be kind to people

This store is a pleasant way to spend a couple hours but you would think they highly resent their customers. My husband stepped in the store to check the price of a lamp that we saw in the window. When he walked up to the older lady behind the counter to ask the pri ce and for help to get it down, she barked at him and asked him if he intended to pay for it. My husband isn't easily riled or naturally abrasive but this hateful excuse for a human got a taste of her own medicine and she knew it. I was watching from from the car and knew by her expresion and actions that she was rude although I could not see his. When he got in the car, he was actually laughing at her behavior. DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR RUDE EMPLOYEES AND SHUT YOUR DOORS.

We love this store! We come every time we are in town visiting family. Such a great selection and fair prices. It's a 10/10!

Rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting! I asked the woman about the price of an item and gave her an offer. She laughed in my face, and told me I’m uneducated about antiques. I told her I use to work for an antique shop, to which she replied “You’ve probably never worked a day in your whole life, buddy!” I was shocked at her response. I’m an older guy, as you can see from my photo I’m no young pup. I told her she’s rude, she said “Cry me a river, lazy boy.” She actually called me lazy boy. When I asked her what makes her think I’m lazy, she said she can take one look at me and tell I’m lazy. I walked out of the place. She’s crazy. Roanoke Antique Mall will never get my business!

Masks, 6 ft apart.
They should
Vendors may know who could repair, but the mall doesn't have repair services.
Same here.
You would have to go look yourself as to what's available and when. No way to forsee prices.
Google it. Or get a book on the item you have a question about, they have several in the store.
I have to say the same thing as Michelle: Anything is possible. There are a number of dealers with lots of smaller items to look through. Make the trip and start digging. That's the fun of antiquing.
