1st they get 5 stars comparing them to competitors. There are other good ones out there but few and far between. THIS company is one of the GOOD ones. They actually DO care. You aren’t a number.. they treat you with dignity. I don’t “shoot the messengers” of the other places that “suck” because they are just worker bees, but I HAVE to praise a company like this that goes the extra mile. Anyways.. if ya choosing between these guys and another.. I think ya know where I stand. Very sincerely Eric

My husband and I had our appointment together to learn about our new CPAP machines and get fitted for our masks (yes, we're one of those couples laying in bed next to each other with our masks on like a couple dorks 🤪).. anyway, we were running a little late due to an honest mistake and I was so nervous about us putting them behind and them being upset but we were greeted by Russ with "do we have a sleepy couple out here?" I loved his humor right from the get go and knew we were forgiven for being late. 🙂 I have to say that at a time when I really needed it, Russ was there to help me have faith in humanity again! Such a nice guy and a pleasure to meet. I had to call for a different nasal pillow a few days later and he made it so painless once again. You're very appreciated, Russ! Thank you!

Had a great experience here. I put off getting a cpap for years out of anxiety. When it came down to it, I felt pretty dumb because these guys took great care of me. They have wonderful, friendly customer service, from reception to fitting. Russ, who helped me choose my mask was very thorough, friendly, and made sure I completely understood the machine I was getting. I was able to try on different masks even, which I hear isn’t always the case at other places. He reassured me that if the one I picked didn’t work, he would help me find another. I had a successful first night with it, and I believe my positive experience with them directly contributed to that.

I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and I came here for my first CPAP machine, I had a wonderful experience. Ross was incredibly nice and funny, he did a fantastic job at explaining the machine and the proper maintenance for it, as well as going over insurance requirements so I wouldn't have to worry about getting a large bill for my medical device. He also took the time to ask questions to insure that I had the best type of mask for my personal symptoms, and also let me know that if I had any problems with the comfort or fit of the mask that I could call them anytime and I would be able to try out other types of mask options. I highly recommend this location for CPAP supplies, and I plan to continue to get my supplies from them for the foreseeable future. Thank you Ross!
