I love that you get unlimited time there. Unlike other places that gives you limited time. Great customer service and friendly staff. The place is super clean and hand sanitizers are on every table. Big thumbs up 👍

A very fun place for the kiddos. Only thing I could say is.. They give you a stamp, so if you need to go out and come back in, you can just show your stamp. But I noticed, often there is not someone monitoring the area where you need to show the stamp to get in.. There looked like plenty of security cameras though. All in all a enjoyable experience for a day out with the family. They have guest wifi as well.

It was insane in there. So many people. The workers were not paying much attention and several kids were climbing on equipment when they shouldn't have been. Older kids were being allowed to rough house in the toddler section. Several people just walked in because no one was at the counter. Several kids walked out because the gate to enter was left open. It was crazy. Hopefully this is not the new post pandemic way.....

The kids had a blast, I brought my 1 year old, 3 year old, 4 year old, and 8 year old. They all had fun. We'll be back for sure.

Is there an age limit? Our 5 year old doesn't want to go alone because she gets lonely and scared in new places. And my 17 year old would like to hang out with her.

No minimum limt, and you start paying at six months. There's a smaller area for kids under 3. There doesn't seem to be a limit on the bigger area, so parents sometimes go in with their kids if they need help.

Is this good for one year olds?

Erin Shea | Aug 17, 2018
Ryan Halvorsen | Aug 17, 2018

It has a sectioned off part for very young kids. Only problem I have noticed is that it is not policed by staff near enough. It always seemed to fall to the parents to keep bigger kids out or ask them to keep away from the small kids (if you didn't ask them to leave the area). I mean, I was in the same area with mine at the time, but I had twins to keep up with. So, it was frustrating to have some bigger kid swinging a roll or ball around one of my kids while I keep the other from falling over on a small slide. Still, my kids had a great time and nobody got messed up.
