At first I was skeptical about going here.(turns out I was right) the whole process went fairly with it being very busy , but I been waiting since February to get my refund for my taxes but I was never told nor told in advance that they don't have e-file, just mail in ,which if they would of told me I for sure wouldn't have did it there. I did call them a few times to ask what's going on but never got a straight answer from them , the lady on the phone was very moody when I asked questions about my refund. She kept on telling me the same thing. I called a few more time over a period of weeks and got the same answer , we will call you back and I never received a call back. I had to go in there to see what was going to get it resolved. Overall just a hassle 🙃

These people are super unprofessional! Been trying to get in touch about my parent in laws 2020 taxes. Finally get ahold of someone and the person on the phone was super rude. Well never have service here again.
