The prices are outrageous here along with the other goodwill down the road on Hazel Dell. 20$ for beat up used converse / vans sneakers? Absolutely insane! Did you know, you can drive over to the outlets in Oregon & get a pair, brand new, for 10$ more? The prices of thrift stores have risen so much, its almost better to purchase brand new & contribute to fast fashion, than to line the pockets of the CEO of this billion dollar corporation. They say that they use the proceeds to help people find jobs & yet they have been so understaffed for over a year that the dressing rooms are permanently closed. I have to buy this overpriced item, take it home and find out it doesn't fit, come back & then be given store credit… no thank you. Maybe take some money from that greedy CEO of yours and pay employees a better wage, maybe then you wont be so short staffed..

I have found such good treasures at the right price & still have most of them today. I know that the profits from the merchandise sold benefits Goodwill but I wish they didn't overcharge on certain items.

A few weeks back I overheard one of the managers screaming at an employee. The office door was open and everyone at the registers could hear her. A cashier went over and closed the door because she could see how uncomfortable everyone was. How are employees going to feel comfortable coming to work if they’re being yelled at in front of customers?

Was able to find a decent selection for my body type, things were organized and staff were friendly. The items in the store were much more up to speed with current trendy in both apparel and decor. Only criticism is the shoes -- same thing at the Battleground location: shoes are not organized by size like the rest of the attire is. This leads to more unnecessary contact germs when looking for right size.
