I’d like to say something about the actual services they offer but I couldn’t get past their less than organized front desk and reservation process. First, they CHARGE you to book online. Should have been my first notice to go elsewhere. Then we did book through Laura and showed up for our appointment only to learn we didn’t have an appointment even after booking with our credit card and all the information. They offered a reduced rate for some services at a later date which was some consolation but wasn’t the best feeling since we were looking forward to the booked services. Then round two. Booked again through Laura and she calls the day before the appointment and informed me that they can’t do the service if I came in NOW, or reschedule to another time. Pathetic. There are better spas in St. Augustine that have their acts together. When you walk by, heed this warning and go elsewhere. Side note. The relaxation room is next to the front lobby, so it’s really loud when people come into the lobby. So much for “relaxation”. C’mon people, pretty amateur oversight.

After 12 years of living here, I finally made the time to go and I’m upset I’ve been missing out for so long. Best facial of my life! Lizzie was absolutely amazing, the spa and staff (Laura and Cassie) were lovely - I made another appointment before I left. Definitely worth every penny. Treat yourself!
