Sent me some poorly packaged products that got damaged in the mail and another that was covered in Red Mites and has since caused an outbreak in my garden. Customer service wasn't actually helpful and then they hid my reviews on their website when I tried to warn other about their attention to detail. Yikes, what a company. At least there are about 40 other nurseries that sell the same products.

I have dealt with numerous nurseries over the past few years and the vast majority are terrible. Trees poorly packed or shipped at crazy times or never come out of dormancy - you name it. Raintree on the other hand sent my bare root-stock trees on time, packaged really well (almost like they WANT the trees to live, if you can believe!). They are absolutely on my short list for nursery suppliers. Are the prices higher that last year? Sure, but these days what isn't? Probably only going to get worse. That said, there are a couple of Amish nurseries I deal with as well and their prices are definitely lower. Recommend Raintree based on my experience and have already placed an additional order. I gave 5 stars rather than 4 mostly just to off set some of the idiotic poor ratings, but they are a solid 4+.

Used to be the one nursery to go to for plants and fruit trees. Sadly they are not anymore. Prices shot up service gone to hell. It seems they are spending most of their effort sending emails and building videos. Call to their what used to be the best support and order center are answered by a bot. After a few seconds, you are allowed to press 0 to talk to operator, a few seconds later you hear a beep and it hangs up. I made an order a while back, they sent me an email that forces me to install a very invasive app to simply get status. I would like to cancel my order but it seems impossible. I will never order anything from this place.

We ordered about 35 trees over 4 years from raintree and love them! But like everything else, it's almost doubled I price from the first order and it doesn't feel like a small family business anymore. Wish we could go back in time, but we can't. Thanks for the trees and wish you the best

Hi Dianne, That is the price per-plant for that variety. In March we will be putting up some Raspberry bundles, if you are planning on a big purchase that might be the best time to place your order!
Hello, I am sorry to inform you that we are sold out of our Rainier Cherries for the 2021 season. If you would like to purchase one for the 2022 season please check our website after July 1st or call us to place a pre-order for next year.
I just delivered the peach type trees last week, so maybe they didn't have all the material to ship your order.
Hello James, you may place an order online and select a pickup date and time or you can call us to arrange it as well, we look forward to helping you!
I'm sorry we do not carry them
You would need to get scion wood of Rainier cherry. We unfortunately do not sell this product
We are not offering an early discount this year. You can use code C10 to receive $10 off after you spend $75. Just use code C10 at check out.
I believe so
Not sure if they have them right now, but they do carry them for spring season
It's a cross between a pear and a European mountain ash. It softens eventually and tastes kind of tropical. They take a few years to start producing, depending on variety. They need another pear to set fruit well
Dwarf cherry trees grown on Gisela 5 rootstock will grow to be 10-12ft tall. ~Raintree Nursery
Yes. That is a bare root item which is only available in the spring. They sell out fast so order early.
The espaliered options include apple and pear varieties. Deer love apple and pear trees.
Sorry, but we do not at this time.
Some people make a convertable canopy for theirs, which also serves to keep rain off of those trees that don't like their leaves wet.
