As of 6/2/21 they are currently doing browsing by appointment and curbside pick-ups.

the library is open and around the end of summer, there should be a sign-up sheet for the reading program. If you don't see it anywhere just ask one of the librarians.

Yes you do. But they are free last I heard. Just go to the library desk. You might phone them to see what kind of proof of residency you might need to show like driver's license, utility bill ??? And,,,,Not sure if they have "guest" access like for people visiting from out of state, etc. You might ask them.

They have quite a few computers, and usually there is no wait. You get 1 hour per day, but if you are doing job hunting or something like that you can ask for extra time.

I use an app called "over drive" you connect right to your Albany online account. Then search for books and add them to your on line book shelf. I listen to them through audio but you can download for kindle to read also
