Shoe shopping for my 11 year old almost always takes place at Famous Footwear. She enjoys getting one pair of shoes at regular price and an additional pair 50% off. The prices are higher than Payless Shoes but they are way better quality as well. Converse are my daughter's favorite and she gets 2 pairs for around $60 at the beginning of school each year. I wish the women's selection of boots was better because that is what I like to buy. Very friendly and attentive staff.
