Great service. They have serviced our forklift for 10 years. They have installed our racking and recently took some down as we modified our space. They also do training and certification for our drivers. Very helpful and easy to work with.

They have what you need, but they have too many front managers and office people. I sat for over an hour because they had one employee (super nice woman and hard worker) getting me my pallet racks by herself. Where is the help? Maybe if they put some of the fat cats in thier a/c offices to work outside I may have felt more like a customer instead of a burden. The front counter woman needs some nice pills. 3 parts employees, nobody waiting for parts. 2 managers, one looked like owner or ?? Walked right by me, ignored me while they knew I was waiting for parts, went into posh office and talked about p&l. If I was the owner, most people would be gone except one parts guy/girl and a new front office person. Maybe 2 employees taking calls for sales and 2 for outside sales. Get rid of high salaried people I wouldn't need. Give that to the employees. Then keep 2-3 full time warehouse positions.
