I reserve a room at least 3 times a month for the last 5 years just to get peace and quiet away from home. Debbie the front desk clerk is always a blessing to see. always smiling and helpful. The rooms are clean but the beds i can say are very very uncomfortable. Also the thing that upsets me everytime are the housekeepers. Every single morning at 7am (i work graveyards)they are so loud with their music and leaning their brooms on the guest doors. i can understand them doing that at 10am when guests are almost checking out but its all the time 7am and its rude and annoying when you get off at 6am.. Honestly the only reason i stay going back is Debbie the front desk clerk. Shes amazing!! One thing someone should change is the housekeepers and the respect for the guests.. thank you for keeping the light on ! always appriciated.

The dirtiest place I have ever stayed. Had to wait for it to be cleaned but it was Nasty dirty. Had never been cleaned in weeks . Replaced toilet paper and soap and called it clean. Sheets had other people belongings in it .. furniture broken . ..management refused a refund. Bad business management! Will never rebook at any location . Girls working desk was kind ..gentleman who was the manager was condescending in refusing a refund even after he agreed the place was dirty and not clean and up to company standards.

Toilet was clogged we told the lady at the desk about it and she says did you plunge it why is it my job to plunge it. They didn't have no plunger in the room anyway plus dog's in other rooms Barked all night would not recommend this motel

At a basic level it was good - very clean, pretty new paint, nice new "hardwood" floors, comfy bed, wi-fi fast enough to watch a movie on. But it was badly overpriced. Over $90 total, and there was no pool (well, it HAS one, but there's no water in it), no hairdryer, no iron, no available refrigerator, no business center, no workout room, no common area. Not a single amenity to justify that price in that light industrial neighborhood. One cool thing I liked is that our window still opened all the way, though I suspect plenty of professionally nervous people would consider that a flaw.
