This place is everything you need from a motel. My room was very clean with a nice tv and friendly service. I would 100% recommend staying here again and will be coming back when I’m in Tuscan again.

Cheap, next to freeway vintage road motel. Picked up a couple of hiker's to head to the Arizona Trail who stayed it was the sleaziest cheap motel they ever stayed in the country at $80 a night. Never again.

Don't let the location and outside appearance run you away. The price is so affordable you'll see why I give this place my four star rating. It's quiet quiet quiet. What most guest seem to look for when booking a Hotel. My only von would be update furniture and change choice of bedding and curtains.

They arent charging that much more than usual but a few months ago, before the Gem and Mineral Show was in town it was only 230 a week. Now they quoted me 310. Not worth it, been there before and they have to be kidding themselves. Charge whatever you want regardless of quality isn't how pricing should work but it's not like anybody regulates these businesses.
