As one of the many permanent residents in this ever improving neighborhood, I felt the excitement as The Hacienda began it's " remodeling". As I watched their progress, I became ever so eager to see the outcome of their endeavors. Sadly, I have to say, that I am very deeply disappointed . Though this establishment has obviously improved physically for the better, I feel very strongly that they fail miserably to be a benefit or improvement to the neighborhood that they occupy. It has been my personal experience that the front desk staff, at any given time that I have been there, has been rude, curt, and condescending to current as well as prospective customers. More grievously, however, is that they continue to prey upon, rather than serve, the very people who even make their very existence a reality at all. C'mon now, be REAL Haciendaπ. It's not as though the elite, even the barely financial stable, or the family heading to Disneyland, would briefly consider being caught dead staying there. π Your continuance depends upon the established current majority. The people whose neighborhood this really is (not the out-of-state apathetic investors). If it weren't for the "homeless", addicted-afflicted, hard-up, down-on-their-luck, yet tirelessly-trying, hopeful, struggling, hustling, strong and determined... YOU would be irrelevant. You should appreciate the reality of your position in THEIR community and adjust your behavior to at least mimick, if you are incapable of sincerity, treating your patrons with RESPECT.

This is place has everything. If you are looking for a very nice decent kitchenette I would highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly and area is growing and close is pima college and not far from the UofA. $65 a night $320 weekly and per month $780. Ask for Fred you might get a deal. Tell them Michelle sent you.

Microwave was dirty as heck! Non smoking room yet cigarette burns on the blankets. Sink clogged than the sink was running fine but the toilet wasnβt flushing. Pay $65 a night for poor rooms. There was no room cleaning being offered in the morning nor did anyone come to our door in the morning seeing if we need extra towels it was just...awful! Never again nor would I recommend it. π <br/>Itβs very misleading the front entrance looks beautiful and the photos makes it look like a pretty decent place BUT donβt be fooled was a nightmare when we got to our room.

This place is outstanding. Nice and clean rooms and bathrooms, most importantly no bed bugs unlike the Rodeway Inn across the street. I have proof in photos and videos of the bed bugs in Rodeway Inn it's crazy there.
