Yes! And it is not far from times square area. Basically accessible by subway from anywhere :)
I know that in some situations if a públic person is inside ( actor, actress etc) in some places the cover could be expensive .
You have to know someone. If you are well dressed women, and carry yourself, then you will get in if you are patient and cool to the door crew. Guys, can buy a table for 1500 and up,, tip well,, they will remember you. If you get in on your own, there is one bar and 2 skilled bartenders... expect to spend 100 plus if you are there for 2 rounds.. monday and friday are the best nights for current music talent.
