They been working alot remodeling each room one by one new tile floors adding room in some When monthly tenets or weekly move out they jump in and start right away on the remodeling but the management is not kicking anyone out to get the job done . They are working with there tenets Work in progress at the Arizona Motel with the cool outside lighting.

It is a totally different place from the time I last stayed there. Where last time the rooms were tired and run down now they have redone all the rooms they have hard wood floors, new tvs, and beds. Good job on remodel

It was OK a old one and the manager give me a discount it is 59 dollars and I got the room for 44.60 but the room had no key so you had to lock from the in side and it it did a lot. Of bugs

The owner Bob is extremely pleasant n will try to accommodate u. I asked for extra pillow n he had no problem with giving me one. That's where it ends. The room itself is furniture with junk. worst part for me was showering; might I add, no wash clothes; looking up to see a roach crawling across the ceiling! The bathroom window was broken. And the bed it's dreadfully uncomfortable. $30 should be paid to the tenant. My advice pay the extra n rent a room that's relaxing n roach free!
