Recently moved in here and the low price and nice amenities seem great from the outside, but the management is HORRIBLE and amenities are not always accessible when they’re open to others. Soooo unprofessional and disrespectful here just spend the extra bit of money to live somewhere else. Update: it was no a fob issue the manager directly turned off my key because she wanted to put me in a “time out” for saying I don’t appreciate her speaking disrespectfully to me and my family. Everything about these replies are fake to make them look good. Super disappointed.

This is a nice new apartment complex to live in! It's pretty much 10 minutes max from literally everything in Salem, it's comfortable, and the management is awesome

We needed an apartment with very short notice and we were able to apply and move in within 3 days. Breeze was so helpful and accommodating with making the process go smoothly and quickly. She is super friendly and bubbly and was quick to answer my many questions. Apartments are brand new! Love everything from the flooring to the cabinets! Very modern style. We are in a 2 bedroom 2 bath and the layout is perfect. Plenty of parking too!! The Jory is also very pet friendly with a dog park being built soon and a dog wash station by the pool area.

My wife, and I are so happy to be part of the jory apartment family! Breeze so amazing! Kind and very professional. Move in was super quick, beautiful apartments. My wife and I think these will be great to raise our son at. Again from the lane family to Breeze and Jory employees we thank you so much!
